Alex Turner has been passionately committed to the fitness and wellness industry for over 10 years. His journey began in university, where he immersed himself in kinesiology and business studies, eventually becoming a certified personal trainer. By 2007, Alex was already making progress, launching his career as a personal trainer and coach.
After years of being guided and mentored by a team of trainers, Alex realized that there was a pressing need in the industry: personalized attention tailored to each individual’s unique goals. This realization fueled his vision for a new type of fitness.
In 2015, Alex founded Personal Trainer Richmond Hill. His vision was realized through the integration of various disciplines from the world of sports, health, and wellness, allowing him to create individualized programs that meet the specific needs and aspirations of each client.

A graduate of Humber College’s Fitness and Health and Nutrition and Wellness programs, Nadia has extensive experience in mobility and functional fitness, which is reflected in her specialization. She is passionate about helping clients develop free, efficient, and pain-free movement patterns that complement their unique goals.
Nadia’s own love of movement blossomed from years of competing in synchronized figure skating and rugby. These experiences taught her the importance of a strong foundation to prevent injury, maximize performance, and move through life with ease.
